The CITREX H3 does not have a FlowLab software option.

For the CITREX H5 and CITREX H4 that was purchased as a test set, the FlowLab software option is automatically enabled.

For other CITREX H4 devices, the FlowLab software option is available only on hardware version 3 and higher. In addition, software version 3.5.0 or later must be installed on your CITREX. To check that the FlowLab software option is enabled on your CITREX H4, as described below, software version 3.3.0 or later must be installed on your CITREX.

Please check as follows:

1. Connect your CITREX H4 to a network or directly to your computer via the Ethernet interface.
2. Connect to the web server of your CITREX via an internet browser.
3. In the «Device» menu, select «Software Options».
4. On the page that appears, you can see if the FlowLab option is unlocked. This is indicated by «activated». If the field is empty, you can enter an unlock code. Please contact sales@imtanalytics.com to purchase an unlock code and thereby send the serial number of your CITREX H4.
